How to cancel your Prepser Pro subscription

Prepser Pro is an App Store subscription, so you cancel it in your iPhone or iPad settings, not in the app. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid the next charge. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for, and your notes stay in your library.

Cancel on iPhone or iPad

Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
Tap your name at the top.
Tap Subscriptions.
Tap Prepser Pro.
Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.

You can also do it from the App Store app: tap your profile picture, then Subscriptions. If you don't see Prepser Pro there, check that you are signed in with the Apple ID you used to subscribe.

Deleting the app does not cancel

Removing Prepser from your iPhone or iPad, or deleting your Prepser account, does not stop the subscription. Apple keeps billing your Apple ID until you cancel in Subscriptions.

What happens after you cancel

Nothing is deleted. Your sermons, transcripts, notes and preps stay in your library, and when the paid period ends you go back to the Free plan with its monthly allowance. You can subscribe again at any time from Settings → Upgrade to Pro.

Refunds

Apple handles every refund. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, find Prepser and request a refund. We can't issue refunds ourselves.
