How to delete your Prepser account and data

Open Settings in Prepser, tap Delete Account at the bottom, then Delete Everything. This permanently removes your account and everything in it: notes, transcripts, preps, chat and the files behind them. It can't be undone, and it does not cancel a Prepser Pro subscription, so cancel that first.

Delete your account in the app

If you have Prepser Pro, cancel the subscription first.
Open Prepser and go to Settings.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
Read Delete your account? and tap Delete Everything.

What is deleted

Your account, notes, transcripts, generated artifacts, preps, folders, calendar events, chat, feedback and subscription records. Your recordings and other files are deleted from storage shortly after. Database backups are kept for 30 days. The full list is in our Privacy Policy.

Delete one note instead

To remove a single recording or note and keep the rest, open the note, tap ⋯ and choose Delete Note. Its audio and transcript go with it.

Leave without deleting

If you signed in with Apple and only want to stop using Prepser on this device, tap Sign Out in Settings. Your notes stay safe in your account, and you can sign back in anytime.

Can't open the app?

Email support@prepser.com from the address you want us to reply to, and we'll delete the account for you.
